Return & Refund Policy

At Blissful Wishes, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hampers and curated gifts. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable food items

  • Customised or personalised hampers

  • Gift boxes with hygiene-sensitive contents (e.g., opened food/snacks)


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Email us at team@blissfulwishes.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation.

  3. We will assess and respond within 2–4 business days.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged on arrival.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with clear photographs.

  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or partial credit depending on the issue.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Contact your payment provider.

7. Disputes & Claims

All claims, disputes, or complaints must be submitted in writing within the applicable 30-day warranty period (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions).

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration under Australian law.
