Additionally, we may update these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Use of WhatsApp or SMS or Calls for Customised Communication
Blissful Wishes utilises WhatsApp or SMS or calls as a means of communication to engage with prospective clients and better understand their needs for customised delivery services. By engaging with us via WhatsApp, you grant us access to your public WhatsApp profile and mobile number, which we may use for the purposes of delivering service-related messages and promotional content.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By consenting to the Blissful Wishes WhatsApp/SMS messaging service, you authorise us to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided. These messages may include, but are not limited to, service-related updates, order status notifications, promotional offers, and other marketing materials. Such messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technologies. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.
3. Voluntary Participation

For assistance or questions related to the Service, you may text UNSUBSCRIBE to Blissful Wishes or email team@blissfulwishes.com.au.
7. Changes to Short Code or Number
We reserve the right to change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time. You acknowledge that messages, including requests to opt-out or receive assistance, sent to a previous short code or number may not be received, and we will not be responsible for failing to honor such requests.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, nor for any errors or omissions in the content of the messages, or for any actions you may take or refrain from taking based on the information or Service provided. The wireless carriers used to deliver the Service are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages.
9. Updating Contact Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must re-subscribe to the Service with your new number in order to continue receiving messages.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Mobile Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately
